Panna CottA
Panna Cotta is a delicate little mystery with a dessert-smooth vibe and a striking pair of "cracked" eyes that give them an unforgettable look. Likely a release bird from the mass-release situation we handled in late June through July, Panna Cotta is small in size, age unknown, and still figuring out what to make of their new life in safety. Though skittish, they're surprisingly calm- so much so that when a volunteer accidentally left their cage open overnight, Panna Cotta simply stayed put, unbothered.
This bird may take time to trust, but their quiet, non-confrontational nature makes them an ideal match for someone patient and gentle. Their sex has been DNA-confirmed male. With a bit of time and care, Panna Cotta could become the soft-hearted companion they were always meant to be.
