Drain Spout
LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY Hi… I’m Drain Spout, the quieter half of the tiny gutter baby duo. My sibling, Gutter, and I ended up at the rescue after our nest was accidentally tossed out during a gutter replacement. It was a frightening start to life, but thankfully we were found in time and brought somewhere safe, warm, and full of caring humans.
Unlike my bold sibling, I’m a little more shy and gentle. I like to observe before jumping into things, and I tend to take comfort in calm spaces and soft voices. I’m still just a baby, though, and every day I grow a little braver and more curious about the world around me. While Gutter charges ahead with confidence, I’m usually nearby, quietly watching and figuring things out at my own pace.
Because I’ve been raised in rescue from such a young age, I’m learning that people can be trusted and that home life is full of good things: cozy naps, tasty snacks, and gentle company. I’m looking for a patient, loving home that will let me continue to blossom into the sweet companion I’m meant to be. If you’ve got a soft spot for the quiet ones, I think we might be perfect for each other.
